Refund Insurance: $45.
Refund Insurance must be purchased at time of enrollment (registration).
WITH Purchase of Refund Insurance:
Before or by July 25, 2018: Any monies (excluding non-refundable deposit and refund insurance) already paid are refunded 100%.
On or after July 26, 2018: With at least two weeks' notice in writing prior to withdrawing from session, a credit for remaining classes not taken is given. (Deposit and refund insurance are not credited). This credit may be used for any available classes taken during Fall 2018 and/or WINTER/Spring 2019. (This credit is not transferable.)
Any credits not used between September 10, 2018 and end of WINTER/Spring 2019 will not be refunded or available. Sorry, no exceptions.
WITHOUT Purchase of Refund Insurance:
No refunds. Sorry, no exceptions.
Missed Classes and Makeups:
Unfortunately, due to our small class sizes and filled classes, we have had to discontinue our missed classes / makeup policies.
3 hour drop off.
In order to accommodate your children's and family schedules, we have worked very hard to incorporate and match the holidays given at SF-based preschool, Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten classes.
No refunds or makeups are given for missed classes. (Sorry, no exceptions.)
We spend all time outdoors filled with adventures, exploration, Safety, Fun and Respect.
All children attending a ROOTS class must be potty trained, in underwear and bathroom independent.
Snacks and Clothes
SNACKS: Please send your child in with a small, healthy snack and their own water. (Please note we honor a NO-NUT policy in all Nature Nurture classes).
WHAT TO WEAR: Play clothes. Durable, if possible, as well as long pants, closed in shoes with a good waffled sole, socks, sweater and/or jacket. Brimmed hats are also helpful.
RAINY DAYS: On any day it IS raining, LOOKS like rain, or HAS rained, please send your child in with rain gear: boots, jacket and even rain pants if she has them. (Rain gear makes all the difference in the world keeping kids warm and dry while sloshing through mud, jumping in puddles and even squatting on the ground while rescuing (returning) a worm from the sidewalk to his family and home in the dirt!).
As we (and our clothes) sometimes get wet, muddy, or simply soiled from being out and about in nature, please feel free to bring a change of clothes for your child when you pick him or her up:
pants, socks, and even shoes if your child will be going somewhere other than home after Nature Nurture.
